This form is to request user account and access to the WCSO RMS system, a web-based portal to obtain warrant, arrest and inmate information. All requests for access will be vetted, and a sufficient MOU must already be established by your agency. Once your account is established, you will receive an email or text with your initial password, and you will need to log in and the system will prompt you to change it.

All access to the RMS portal is logged and audited. Access and use of information on the RMS portal is restricted to entities, persons and agents with approval to obtain the information and the information contained within is considered PII and should not be disseminated without approval.
