Criminal Warrants officers serve felony or misdemeanor warrants. These warrants are issued by either the Wilson County Court System, or a Judicial Commissioner. Criminal Warrants officers also assist other agencies in the apprehension of individuals residing in Wilson County.

Civil Process officers serve civil warrants throughout Wilson County. These warrants cover Orders of Protection, Subpoenas, Evictions, Court ordered Property Repossession, and other warrants related to Civil Law. They also assist other agencies state wide in locating and serving Civil Process on individuals who reside or work in Wilson County.
